palais royale wedding | chelsea & edi

It was on one of the first bright days of spring that Chelsea and Edi exchanged their vows. On the shore of Lake Ontario at Palais Royale, they smiled and danced and laughed while surrounded by their cherished family and friends. As their loved ones mentioned more than once throughout the day, Chelsea and Edi are both warm and generous souls. The fact that they've both chosen professions that allow them to help others learn, grow and flourish is representative of their generous spirits. They push each other to continually evolve, learn new things and head out on adventures.  They look at their relationship as something that should never remain static or stale, but rather something that is constantly developing and transforming. If their wedding is any indication, I have no doubt that their love, in all its incarnations throughout the years, will be truly magical.

Chelsea and Edi, thank you for inviting me to document your day. I couldn't have dreamed of a lovelier wedding to begin my 2015 season. Your humour and warmth are so radiant and I wish you boundless happiness together throughout your lives. All my love to you and your remarkable families!

A woman's love for her grandmother is a beautiful thing.

Chelsea and Edi chose to do a first look and see each other before the ceremonial aspects of their day began. Their excitement was palpable.
