This holiday season has been equal parts scattered and cozy. Since Brian and I recently moved away from our home and most of our possessions are now locked away in a storage facility, we're currently living between the homes of our amazing family and friends, and driving extensively between houses.
For this reason, I've become quite fond of multi-tasking. To help my intern complete some of her remaining field placement hours, I organized a few teaching sessions for her, and asked some of my cousins to step in as models. This way, I got to visit with my sweet cousins and teach at the same time.
I organized portrait session at night, so that I could teach my intern about shooting in dark settings, and how to work with available light. We met in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood to create some holiday-themed portraits.
Many thanks to my beautiful cousins, Elise and Deanna, and to my intern, Aislin, for her help!
