If you're a regular reader of this blog, you may have heard me mention my friend and creative collaborator, Elyse on multiple occasions. We worked together on both our fall and winter styled wedding shoots, and are already making plans for our next one!
I met Elyse last spring, when she introduced herself to me after I gave a presentation about social media at McGill. We met one day for lunch to talk about photography, and have been friends ever since.
When she's not working in web communications, Elyse spends her free time dreaming about design and creating beautiful things. Visiting her apartment makes you feel like you're stepping into the pages of Domino (p.s. did you hear there's a special edition coming out?) or Lonny. Brandishing her can of gold spray paint and armed with throw pillows, Elyse has transformed her home into a chic, cozy sanctuary.
Her most recent creative project is a soon-to-be-launched design blog. We met up to take some portraits that she can use for this new venture. I'll be sure to link to her blog from my Facebook page once it has launched. I've seen a preview and it's going to be great!
Elyse, thank you so much for trusting me to take these photos of you. I'm so grateful to have met you, to call you my friend, and to have you as my creative partner in crime!
